The focus in couples counselling is on the relationship between you. We will look at the interactions between you, establish where and why you experience difficulties and look at ways to implement positive change in your relationship.

You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the relationships you have with other people. We will clarify what changes you would like to see happening in your life and ways to bring about this change.
